Undergraduate (BS) Program

An innovative curriculum, highly ranked program and majors, and extremely high job acceptance rates attract top students from around the world to Kelley. Undergraduates master business fundamentals, gain broad knowledge in non-business courses, develop teamwork and high-level analytical skills, and choose areas of specialty from 14 different majors.

Full-Time MBA Program

Students join Kelley’s full-time MBA program each year looking to switch careers or expand career possibilities in a program that provides smaller classes and meaningful connections to world-renowned faculty. That, combined with Kelley’s customizable curriculum, dual degree programs, and international scope gets our students where they want to be.

Online MBA Program (Kelley Direct)

Since 1999, thousands of students around the world have chosen the Kelley online MBA program for its convenience, flexibility, and reputation. It’s the first and most flexible graduate management program offered almost entirely online by a top-20 business school.

Online Master’s Programs (Kelley Direct)

Kelley Direct offers three online master’s degree programs. Students can complete specialized master’s degrees in finance, global supply chain management, and strategic management from any location while still working full time.

Graduate Accounting Programs (3/2 MBA and MSA)

An advanced degree gives students an edge in the competitive accounting job market. Kelley offers two graduate degree options in accounting: the 3/2 MBA (MBA in Accounting) for outstanding Kelley students who want to earn a BS and MBA in only five years, and the master’s degree in accounting (MSA), an intensive one-year, full-time program.

Information Systems Graduate Programs (MSIS)

The Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) at Kelley is the only information systems degree offered by a top-20 business school. The market-driven curriculum provides students with the opportunity to take MBA program courses while developing or enhancing knowledge in information systems.

Doctoral (PhD) Programs

Kelley faculty members have a reputation for being outstanding teachers and leading business researchers, and this is critically important at the PhD level, where students learn the finer points of research in preparation for careers at top research universities. Doctoral students at Kelley choose a major from 10 academic fields, or can combine a major with minors at Kelley or other academic schools at Indiana University.
